Controlling the excess secretion of oil

You must also use a good sunscreen when you step out in the sun. Some of the acne treatment medications which contain Retin-A and BenzaClin make your skin very sensitive to the skin. Protect your skin against damages and tans by using a good sunscreen.

Take a shower after you sweat

Excessive sweating can cause inflammation of the acne. It is important that you shower after you sweat. Clean your body with a good body wash which contains salicylic acid. If your skin is prone to acne breakouts, then you can opt for body washes containing over-the-counter acne treatment ingredients such as sulfur and resorcinol. This can help in considerably reducing breakouts and speeding up the acne treatment process.
